By understanding the client's requirements and key values, CloudCom will:
- Supervise all aspects of Telecoms project related scope delivery and optimization of the design in most cost-effective manner.
- Ensure that the optimized design meets performance, safety, reliability and functional requirements of the Client.
- Provide technical interface & interaction with Client for resolution of related scope and technical issues.
- Plan, manage, prioritize and schedule workload and various project scope activities.
- Contract review, early identification of potential changes and development of Telecoms Technical Document Resister (TDR).
- Manage the development/preparation of Telecoms system schemes and identification of telecom equipment specifications & interfaces
